Alha Group is proud to announce its selection as the official cargo handling partner for Alaska Airlines’ new daily service between Rome Fiumicino (FCO) and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
The launch of this route marks a significant milestone: Rome Fiumicino is the first-ever destination served by Alaska Airlines in Europe. Operated by the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, the service offers substantial belly cargo capacity, establishing a direct link between the Italian market and the U.S. Pacific Northwest.
This new route serves as a vital corridor for high-value Italian exports, including aerospace components, technology, perishables, and pharmaceutical products. To support this expansion, Alha Group will provide comprehensive cargo handling services at its 24/7 Rome Fiumicino facility.
