Alha presents the new Company Welfare Program in Milan MXP
April 18th, 2018: Alha and the Unions FILT CGIL, FIT CISL, UILT UIL, UGL TA, FLAI TS and USB LP have signed a new company welfare agreement in Milan Malpensa.
The Company Welfare Program will grant access to a wide range of services and benefits for the 280 employees in MXP and their families.
Purpose of the program is to provide high-quality benefits in multiple areas such health, family care, education, fitness, entertainment and travel; the main goal is creating a positive work environment through the support of health, well-being and everyday life for their employees and their families.
